NCEA Level 2 Business Studies
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Carla Lambert.
In this course we will be learning about corporate social responsibility, and the importance of it in today's world.
This will include studying expansion and growth in the business realm, and economic interests, policies and procedures.
We will then move on to exploring the different business environmental and economic decisions that have to be made, how internal and external factors influence the business environment and how these will make changes, in response to these factors.
Through this course, we will be developing our key social and cultural skills by engaging with our local business community.
Recommended Prior Learning
You should have at least 14 credits in Level 1 Business Studies, OR approval at the discretion of the Teacher in Charge, based on your Level 1 results.
