NCEA Level 3 Spanish

Course Description

Is fluency in Spanish your goal? Want to be able to strike up a conversation with Spanish-speakers when you are travelling or working overseas? Then Level 3 Spanish is the breakthrough year. Learn how to talk about all kinds of topical issues, as well as hold your own when discussing the food, music, festivals and films of Spanish-speaking countries. If you are thinking of going travelling later in life or working overseas, Spanish is the language that unlocks these opportunities in over 20 different countries in the world.

Level 3 students are invited to extend their language skills even more by being part of the Spanish debating team to compete against other schools, or to study towards the demanding Scholarship exam at the end of the year.
